Account and viewing information
Google sign-in provides your account identifier and email. We keep account and subscription status, stream-credit balances, and purchase records needed to provide the service. Payment details are handled by Stripe when billing is available.
The extension processes frames from the public stream you choose to watch and minimized auction events. Shared finished-auction summaries include observed identities, amounts, outcomes, and comparison context. They do not establish that you bought a card.
Saved data and retention
Personal viewing-history pointers expire after 30 days. Saved cards and bookmarks remain until removed or the account is deleted. Shared auction evidence is retained indefinitely; account deletion removes the recording-account association. Local working copies and backups follow the service’s retention and deletion processes.
Sign-in sessions
The website stores encrypted sign-in tokens in secure, HttpOnly cookies, separate from the extension’s local sign-in storage. Website sessions last up to seven days and can expire earlier. Signing out clears the website session. Our hosting and identity providers receive ordinary request metadata to serve and protect the service.
We do not use account or viewing data for advertising. We do not sell personal information.
